CD7 CAR-T Therapy for Relapsed/Refractory T-Cell Lymphoma: A Single-Arm, Open-Label Phase I Study

A Phase I study from Beijing reports highly promising results for CD7 CAR-T therapy in relapsed or refractory T-cell lymphoma, achieving a 92.5% response rate and 77.5% complete remission. The treatment showed encouraging survival outcomes, especially in patients who proceeded to allo-HSCT consolidation.
