Study in China Highlights CAR-T Cell Therapy Success in Colorectal Cancer

A Phase I study published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology showed promising results for GUCY2C-targeted CAR-T therapy in advanced colorectal cancer, with tumor shrinkage observed in more than half of treated patients and durable responses lasting beyond nine months.
