A remarkable case published in Journal of Hematology & Oncology highlights the potential of satricabtagene autoleucel (CT041), the world’s first approved solid tumor CAR-T therapy, in treating advanced gastric cancer with peritoneal metastasis. After receiving CT041 following first-line therapy, a 53-year-old patient achieved complete disappearance of peritoneal lesions, underwent successful conversion surgery, and maintained disease control for 48 months.
