Satri-cel

A remarkable case published in Journal of Hematology & Oncology highlights the potential of satricabtagene autoleucel (CT041), the world’s first approved solid tumor CAR-T therapy, in treating advanced gastric cancer with peritoneal metastasis. After receiving CT041 following first-line therapy, a 53-year-old patient achieved complete disappearance of peritoneal lesions, underwent successful conversion surgery, and maintained disease control for 48 months.

A phase I clinical study published in Journal of Hematology & Oncology reported long-term outcomes of three advanced gastric cancer patients with peritoneal metastasis treated with Satri-cel (Shuricabtagene Autoleucel). Patients achieved durable peritoneal disease control, with the longest follow-up reaching 48 months.

At ASCO 2026, CARsgen Therapeutics presented more than 4.5 years of follow-up data demonstrating durable responses, prolonged progression-free survival, and a favorable safety profile for Satri-cel (CT041) in advanced gastric and gastroesophageal junction cancer.
